  • We regularly undertake focus groups in the agency for our clients to gain strategic insights that help shape our strategy, key messages and campaign creative.
  • We periodically undertake national quantitative studies (our Goldmine Survey) to update our knowledge of boomers and seniors as they enter new life stages and their needs and wants change.
  • We have been tracking the convergence of two parallel trends – women as a power demographic and baby boomers. The results: insight into a marketing sweet spot – baby boomer women and the opportunity for brand growth.
